Albondigas Tapas


Ingredients:
- 350g (2oz) Minced Beef
- 125g (5oz) Chorizo, minced
- 60ml (2fl.oz.) Brandy
- 120ml (4fl.oz.) Olive Oil
- 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tea dried Oregano
- 1 Tblsp. Paprika
- 4 Tblsp. Plain Flour
- 1 Tblsp. Freshly chopped Parsley
- 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
- Salt and Black Pepper
Preparation:
1. Place all ingredients, except flour and oil, in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
2. Use floured hands to make small balls with the mixture.
3. Heat the oil in a heavy frying pan until hot.
4. Dip the meatballs in flour, and then fry them in the hot oil around 10 minutes until cooked through and browned on all sides.
5. Serve hot on toothpicks.
