Spain has many places for outdoor adventure. There are places for camping, hiking, places where you can enjoy the beautiful array of flora and fauna. Trekking is also a good choice to do some exercise outdoors; the mountains and prairies of Spain offer beautiful sights. Besides doing some exercise you will be able to get incredible photos. Mountain biking is also a favorite activity with plenty of biking paths.
If you love fishing you can go to the several rivers there are in Spain. Among the abundant species of rivers and lakes you’ll find the brown and rainbow trout, black bass, pike and Danube salmon, so there are great opportunities for making a catch.
There are other things, like golf because Spain is probably one of Europe’s premier golfing destinations. The climate is appropriate to enjoy this sport and there are over 200 golf courses to learn how to play. Also there are many spectator sports; the most popular sport is soccer. In Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia you can find the most famous clubs of soccer in the world. Volleyball and motorcycle racing are other sports you could practice. There are also many beach resorts that have excellent facilities for water-skiing, windsurfing and other water sports. In northern Spain you can practice the whitewater rafting and canoeing.
If you’re interested in skiing, there are many ski resorts and ski schools offering ski lessons, rental equipment, food, to make your stay more pleasant. But skiing is not the only activity you can do; sky resorts have different forms of entertainment like theatre, cinema, bars, etc. And it gives you the option to practice other sports such as sledding, snowboarding, snowmobiling, etc.
In Spain there are marinas that offer many diversion and entertainment for lovers of the sea. Spain Marinas also offer re-fueling, washing and maintenance of ship's chandlers, stores and restaurants. Boats are moored in any of the buoys or fixed on floating walkways. Harbor shuttles, also known as "water taxis", may be available to transfer people between the coast and boats. Marinas are located in rivers near the sea. Additionally if you love being in the water, training in diving schools can help you get started on an exciting and diverse career in commercial diving. Diving experience is not necessary, diving schools could have you trained to begin this adventure.
