This restaurant is situated next door to the la Real Ermita de San Antonio, where you will find frescoes by Goya. They offer spanish (Asturian) cuisine. Main dishes cost between 20 and 30 euros. This is one of Madrid's best Asturian taverns where you must taste their natural "sidra" (cider). Casa Mingo is also famous for its roast chicken and its chorizos.
La Vaca Argentina

Located close to the Opera House and Isabel II square, this is one of several branches of the popular Argentine chain. Main courses here cost from 12€ to 30€ ($14-$35). Steaks are suitably huge but well matched by the delicious salads and imaginative pasta dishes, and the tasty Argentine starters include empanada (small meat pie) in chile sauce.
