Almeria TransportAlmeria By car There are regular buses from the central bus station to the following towns and cities: Agua Amarga, La Isleta del Moro, Las Negras & Rodalquilar, San Jose, San Miguel de Cabo de Gata. Also you can get Almería by the Mediterranean motorway, the N-324 Road, which joins Granada with Almería, and on the coast by the N-340 with Málaga. There are Taxis at Almeria Airport. The fare to the city centre is about 15 Euro. To Aguadulce 19 Euro, Roquetas 26 Euro, Cabo de Gata 23 Euro, El Ejido 40 Euro, Mojacar 75 Euro. Local bus line 14 links the airport with the city centre train and bus station. The price of a single ticket is 0.70 Euro. There are busses every half hour in the day and every three quarters of an hour in the evening. Almeria By airplane Almería airport is located about 10 Kilometres east of the city centre at the end of a dual carriage way the AL-12. The airport is located 8 km away from the capital and 10 minutes by car, on the motorway. There are regular national flights to Madrid, Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca, Melilla. Numerous charter companies fly in and out of Almería, making it the second most important airport in terms of foreign tourist arrivals in Andalucia.
