Late-night bars in Palma

Late-night bars in Palma de Mallorca are easy to find during the summer, but there are also bars that are open all year. The principal areas where you can find late-night bars are the neighboords of La Llotja and the Portixol. There are bars for every taste, in Palma you can find bars that offer jazz, rock and pop live music. You can also find bars where all kinds of music are played if you feel like listening to a little bit of everything.

Cafe Bar Barcelona

The Cafe Bar Barcelona is situated in the Carrer dels Apuntadors. It's located in Palma's most lively nightlife neighbourhood, La Lonja. The Cafe Barcelona attracts locals that come to enjoy live jazz every night. It's open from Sunday through Thursday(8:30pm - 1am) and Friday and Saturday (8:30pm - 3am.) There is a cover charge of 4€ ($5.20) for live concerts, and drinks are not so expensive.

Abaco is a cocktail bar located in an old mansion and it is decorated with a trove of European decorative arts. Abaco is open from Sunday to Thursday (8pm- 1am), and Friday and Saturday (8pm to 3am). It is open from February to December only. On Friday nights you can see the spectacular "rain of roses" with classic music. This is one of the most expensive bars in town. Although there is no entrance fee; drinks cost between 6€ to 15€ ($7.80-$20).

Made in Brasil is a small bar that has been open for over 10 years, serving the famous Caipirinha. With great Latin sounds and cocktails, this bar is quite small but very costly.


Calle Son Calleret 2
Latin american music, Salsa and Merengue, Daiquiris and Caiphirinhas makes L'Havanna a place with a very distinctive Latin American taste. Mostly live bands perform on stage.

La Bóveda

La Bóveda is a typical spanish tavern with an unique furniture; it has wide windows as well as wine stacked high along the back wall. If you don't want to wait to get in, it's better to come early.

B.C.M. Planet Dance

This is the busiest and most cosmopolitan disco around Majorca. The cover charge of 12€ ($16) includes your first drink and allows you to have fun until 7am.
