Cadiz cuisine is considered as oneof the most delicious Spanish gastronomy. One can find different types of recipes due to its cultural diversity. Some the main ingredients of Cadiz cuisine arefish, squid, shrimp, sea-snails, sea urchins, prawns and lobster; that is why Cadiz is known worldwide for its seafood dishes. Cadiz cuisine has Phoenician, Roman, Moorish influences but is typically Andalusian in character.
